Welcome to the new look of Online Banking!
- New My Bank page – one page for your most common needs with a new design, page layout and navigational improvements.
- One Sign In ID and password for TCF Online Banking and TCF Mobile Banking. Your Mobile Banking Sign In ID and password will automatically default to your Online Banking credentials.
- New Password Reset functionality. Please check that you’ve provided an active email address in the "Preferences" section of Online Banking to ensure you’re enabled for this feature.

My Bank Page
This is the entry page for online banking and is the Home tab displayed after logging in. This page provides a quick view into all accounts including balance information and recent transactions in addition to providing account alerts and reminders. The Money Mover widget allows for quick and easy transfer of funds between accounts. The view on the My Bank Page is customizable in the Preferences section allowing for the detail displayed in the Account Balances and Transactions areas to be selected from a drop down list.

Home – Lists all accounts grouped by account type and displays the most recent Current Balance Including Pending Transactions. Accounts displayed in this view can be changed from the My Bank View list by selecting a specific account or view that has been configured and setup in the Preferences section. Clicking on any Account Name in the list will access detailed account information.
Alerts & Messages - you can create customized alerts that are activated according to the balance specifications you set. Or, set up alerts to be sent to an email address or mobile device.
Info Center – Displays a quick view into how many alerts or reminders are waiting. Clicking on either link provides access to the Message Center to view the detail.
Get Detailed Transaction History - Clicking on any Account Name in the list will access detailed account information.
Money Mover – Provides a quick way to move money between accounts right from the My Bank page.
Transaction Summary – For an account selected from the "Select Account" drop down list, a summary of transactions for the past 30 days will be displayed. Click on any tab to view a list of transactions for the appropriate status (Scheduled, Pending, Posted).
Account Balances Page
Use the Account Balances page to review accounts and account balances and access account details. Electronic statements are available after clicking on the "Statements" link.
Account Register Page
Account Register – Click on the Activity link under the Accounts tab to view transaction detail for an account, get more detailed information on a specific transaction, search for and sort transaction history, and view transaction images. Click on any transaction to view detail or click View Image. To see detail for a different account, select a different account from the "Select an account:" list.
Use the Transfers tab to move money between accounts, view transfer history and scheduled transfers, or to modify or cancel an existing transfer. Click on the "Create Transfer" link to create a new transfer. Transfers can only be made between owned TCF accounts or deposit only TCF accounts. Deposit only accounts must be set up by a customer service representative.
