If you have a ZEO Prepaid Visa Debit Card, note that this product is being discontinued. Your ZEO Card will be deactivated and no longer usable after February 28, 2019. Here’s what you need to know.

Use your funds before February 28, 2019
  • You can spend the funds online, at stores, to pay bills—anywhere Visa is accepted.
  • Withdraw cash at a TCF branch or TCF ATM for free.
How to check your balance

Dates to know

January 18, 2019: The last day to add funds to your ZEO Card at a branch.

February 28, 2019: The last day to use your ZEO Card.

March 1, 2019: Your card will be deactivated.
  • If you try to use your card for a purchase or bill payment, the transaction will be declined.
  • If we receive a direct deposit to your card, the funds will be returned to the depositor.
  • If you have funds remaining on your card, you will not be able to access that money until it’s refunded to you.
Week of March 25, 2019
  • We will mail you a refund or credit your TCF checking or savings account (if you have one) for any remaining balances on your ZEO Card.
  • If you need to update the address we have on file for your ZEO Card, please call 800-823-2265 (TTY 800-343-6145) as soon as possible.
