Enrolling in TCF Mobile Banking

To access TCF Mobile Banking you must first be enrolled in TCF Online Banking. Already enrolled in TCF Online Banking? It's easy! Simply log in to Online Banking and select the “Mobile” tab, accept the TCF Mobile Banking Terms of Service, then follow the remaining instructions. Plus, now you can choose to use the same User Name and Password/PIN for mobile as you do for Online Banking. Get started and enroll today!

It’s easy to install – just follow the simple instructions below.

Android phone or tablet – Find the Google Play™ icon on your phone or tablet, type TCF Bank in the search box, tap on the TCF Mobile App when it appears in the results and then install.

iPad – Go to the App StoreSM, type TCF Bank in the search box, tap on the TCF Mobile App when it appears in the results and then install.

iPhone – If you already have the TCF Mobile App, you will have to delete it first.  Locate the icon for the app and press down on it until it begins to vibrate and an X appears on the top left corner.  Press down on the X and you will be given the option to delete the app.  Once you have deleted the app, go to the go to the App Store, type TCF Bank in the search box, tap on the TCF Mobile App when it appears in the results and then install.


Text Banking

Text BankingGet balance and transaction information in seconds. Just text a command to TCF Mobile Banking (269265) and TCF will text you a response with the information.

For example, text BAL to 269265, and TCF will text you the balances of all your accounts.

This is a FREE service from TCF Bank. However, message and data rates may apply.

Browser Banking

Access just the features you need when you’re on the go - check balances, review recent transactions, transfer between TCF accounts and locate TCF branches or ATM locations. It’s easy and safe!

*TCF uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in Browser Banking and the Mobile Application in Mobile Banking. MFA is an additional layer of security that requires you to identify an image and phrase in addition to providing your password. Your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
