Financial Learning Center for Adults

The TCF Financial Learning Center is a free, online financial education program that helps adults manage their money more effectively, make decisions that strengthen their financial future, and gain confidence in their financial knowledge. The program includes either courses: savings and investments, mortgages, overdraft, payment types and credit cards, credit scores and reports, identity protection, insurance and taxes, and financing higher education.

TCF Bank is sponsoring financial literacy programs developed by EverFi, an unaffiliated third party. TCF Bank is not responsible for the content of the financial literacy programs.

Financial Scholars Program for Teens

The TCF Financial Scholars Program is a teacher-led curriculum that includes six to eight hours of classroom instruction combined with an interactive online learning platform for high school students.

The curriculum engages today's digitally savvy teens through videos, animations, gamification and social networking - all while simplifying complex financial concepts.

TCF sponsors the Financial Scholars program to make it available to schools at no cost, many of which are mandated to teach financial literacy but lack the funding for a qualified curriculum. In two years, TCF reached more than 400 high schools and 46,000 students.
